I Want any One Here Help Me ,, i need it to program for change ip but Good Program For Playing S4 and No Laggg PLease !!! Program ( no high ms at s4 )???

Mip. gave me 2 names but they both sucked hard, I do not think you will find a good FREE one, not sure, just wait for more answers!

I used Programs ( Hotspot shield & Tunnelbear & Hide My IP & VPN Tools ) and all have high ms and big laaaaggg at Game !!! ,, i want one good for use it?

I think you should increase your IE speed, I use VPN(s) and I do not lag that much, I sometime Teleporte but I thinq it's cause of my RAM

Thank You,, But I was use that speed before, and was good .. and now when use program ip change ( high ms and I cant Play )-
