i have same error , i installed game lots of time but dident fix it at all .....

Go to ur S4 League Folder > HShield Folder > Delete Update Folder > Start HShield it will reupdate and Done.

Delete all filse and kipe only xnina.xem & x3.xem

i'm not sure, but try to delete ur hackshield folder (previous) and re-patch
