Yes that's an fake done with Resource Tool and or CHeat Engine.
The "Window" was modified with an other Text with Resources, and with modification of the Memory the lvl Icon got replaced after leaving the Room.

But to do this kind of Fake need some skill in Memory Editing ^^

(I think its also possible to send fake packages to the server or overbrick the connection and modifie some thinks whos got sended and recived... (This means an external Application send and recive all from the server and send/recive it to s4))
