Help with shop stat changer!

I have some questions like, if I change the stats in the shop with the Pinki's resource tool, it could work?

If not, how could I do this?

In the old times you could change the item's status from the shop and buy it with that status , now that's packed - you can't do it anymore .
Or at least that's what i know .

Use Effect changer it works too, but it's kinda buggy..

I think that he needs something that remains even not using the Effect changer..

It's patched, btw..

Nah you can do it , what people think that ID changing with CE is patched, but it;s not, just needs some sense, lawl...

Atleast for the ID changer not effect changer with CE it works, and I think Effect changer works 2, "You can do anything with CE", words I will never forget ;d

Told you, didn't test the "Effect Changer", I tested the ID changer that changes skins of the weapon/clothes, but Effect changer works too, cause a friend did it, and when I am back of vacation, i'll test it and show you a screen.

The effect won't stay if you close S4 and restart it without effect changer hack, got it ?
