Looking for S4 Private Server

So I've just found out about the wonderful news of S4 pservers and I was wondering which is the most populated/best one out there? I tried looking through the servers announced but most posts are unclear/German (I'm a dumb American srry). If you could link me the website and give me any details I would greatly appreciate it!

Every server is **** since they use my old alpha files and don't know how to code.
