How would I go about hacking on a poorly put togther private server?
Ive tried few diffrent trainers and what not, It detects it, but nothing ever changes.

Can somebody please help me? It's 1 hour im trying to get the problem done but nothing that i've understand can make it to the solution. (See pic below)

She literally stays black,the animation works fine tho. I've tryed to swap some files but nothing works,the model always stay black. Do i need to modify the weapon info's on the big file? (the one wich contain all weapon strucuture,wich i dont even remeber where it is) or do i need to do something else? I would like to get this done for a public release

Pretty sure youve already fixed it, but have u tried re-linkin the corresponding textures from the queen to the sentry´s file? not replacing them. Its been time since i touch this game so i barely remember stuff back when i had a psrver for friends.

If you mean changing the directory of the file from .lua's like to aiactorstates,it doesn't work for me. I've tried it with the above wep,but everytime i enter the game the file reverts to the original strings
