What do you need to use this program ?
- Bypass memory detection
- PsychoItemCreator.dll
- S4_Items.rn
- hInjector

Tutorial :
- Open hInjector.exe
- Select file (PsychoItemCreator.dll)
- AutoInjection : ON
- Click on "Inject" ("Waiting for process" then)
- Open your bypass and enjoy, then a messages will appear "Do you want use PsychoItemCreator" click on "YES" but it will appear I think hmm... 30sec after your connection, so, wait in the select server (German/French/etc...)
- Then, go to a server
- Another message will appear "Keep your item" ? Click No/Yes if you want your item in your inventory or not.

But one thing, with this version you can't equip the item or S4 will crash/freeze, so this is useless because PsychoXReaper didn't update it.

EDIT : Oh and it doesn't work on Windows 8
