Delete the hackshield folder and let the game download it again. If that don't work burn your pc and dance a konga dance with crazy monkeys.

PD; If the second option doesent work reinstall your game and make sure your antivirus/firewall are at last disabled when the s4 makes his uppdates. Hope u solve it ^^
