Stacking ID's with cheat engine?

I was wondering if it's possible to stack effect ID's with cheat engine. Like, For example..

Plasma sword with:
100% PEN,
100% PEN,
100% PEN,
3% Movement,
5% Attack.

I have the ID's I'm just not sure how I would stack these if it's possible. anyone know if it is? If you know how could you please walk me through it?~

thats possible, if you break at the function where the effect id's get loadet (on server join). there is a struct where every id of a weapon is enumerated.

There are many ways for example:
1- on inv&shop rejoin
2- room start
3- room join
4- instant after buying
5- at half time xD
6- so on...
I was amazed with the half time one xD Anyway it gives htd now -_-
