this only works in Latino S4 and good people wont say how it works there.
And btw after the CB of Latino S4 all Accounts will be deleted so the bug is useless

This works only for lvl 2 or more

just play once time in a room, then log out from your acc,re login, and voulá, you got all your "caps" again.
