[Help] S4 Will Not Load

This has been happening since the new S4 League Treasure Update.
S4 league doesn't even start up.
HGWC loads up and everything, and S4Client shows up in the tash manager, but closes before it ACTUALLY loads up. Even the Screen Resolution Changes.
I've tried the Change your DEP or whatever, but that didn't work, in fact, it temporarily broke my computer. I re-downloaded it from HellaHell, deleted the HGWC and XCrap Folders, still didn't do anything, and even ran the XCrap Bypass, but that didn't work... Any help At All? I've noticed that a report folder showed up, But it deletes to fast for me to retrieve the crashdump file... Any Help?

I also allowed it to go through my firewall i HAVE NO antivirus.
Last resort it to reset my computer.
