S3Engine: An S4 League Emulator

Hello ElitePvPers! Here's an introduction to S3Engine.

S3Engine is an overhaul project for the S4League emulator source based off , an engine that emulates the game S4League
The means for S3Engine is to use what FagNet created and continue progress on the emulator. We could change S4League, and for the better!

I will be accepting applications for the following positions:

Co-Admin (1 Member will be accepted)

Global Moderators (What is needed.)

Core Developers (What is needed.)

Script/DB Developers (What is needed.)

Support Leaders (What is needed.)

Graphics Leaders (10 Members will be accepted, may vary in the future if needed.)

International Moderators (What is needed.)

Community Contributors (May vary depending on how well you contribute to the project.)

Just submit an email application with your skills in programming and how you can benefit the S3Engine and examples of work you've done attached to

What did you done until now?
Any mayor bug-fixes or any changes on the Source?
Or did you just created a Website for a Project, you hope will get some Programmers working for you?

Well I used to do C++ and C# programming along time ago and I'm getting back into it. Right now I'm trying to round up some people who want to work on the engine, and I know I can learn a lot from others. Like I did years and years ago.

S3Engine is not a server for playing S4 League, it is the continued project from the FagNet emulator that emulated S4 League.

Ok so:

1. You call the Emulator an "Engine".
2. You didnt changed ANYTHING on the Source yet.
3. You want lead a Project, where YOU want learn from your members?

Do you understand why most people find this Funny?

If there is a Guy with knowledge and Interest, he will pick up the source, improve it and firstly show some mayor changes and THEN look for teammembers.

Well I didn't see anyone else make a site for it yet and I have a legal copy of IPB3, so I decided why the heck not. And a team of people learn from eachother since the beginning of time... you just seem to be like a big douchebag, no offense.

Well, i don't think you need programming skills to lead a project.

He has a point. Jguy from eAthena (A ragnarok online emulator) was the admin but he didnt do much of the coding for the engine, he MANAGED the project.

They haven't even developed it yet... that's why they're looking for the scripters... admins... etc...

Please don't ever compare a whole community with a bunch of guys.

And don't use the word "ENGINE" to talk about eAthena.
