S4 problems with hacks

For some reason only revelation name changer and ID manager work for me even when i use bypass so does anyone have any clue to whats wrong I"m using windows 7 64 bit and if this is incorrect section i'm sorry and just move to the correct if that is fine

Whenever I go to use any hack it starts up properly and injects/does whatever yet it ALWAYS says I need to run as administrator (Running Win XP) Im an administrator account ....I went to the Main account and tried yet it still says the same thing.
