Well i already made 1 before you will just write the Item ID but no body gave a **** so i stopped working on it ... but if there will be some posts or anything about it i will continue

Well, your application is a console application and you only have weapons IDs and you have to write the weapons exact name, maybe that's a bit complicated ? but I respect you own the idea before me, Maybe if you'd like, we can work together on my app and you'll have credits for sure, it'll include all the IDs not only weapons's ^^

i already said its just a (Beta) so i only included weapons , but i hadn't see anybody interested so i didn't continue working on it
