Maybe he has no money for buying such an equipment.
It would be great if you do not post comments which can hurt other guys.

There is no real possibility to give the game a speed boost.
But if you would try that out then this just would be serversided.
So other players could think that you are lagging or your game is freezing every 3 seconds (for example).
- It would be useless.

Und den Clienten kann man mit CE beschleunigen?
Genau sowas suche ich, nur halt ohne Bypass etc. Gibt es da eine Alternative?

Use gamebooster, or clean your OS, use ccleaner to clean the system, and do a disk defragment, also delete useless programs that you dont use, another thing, try stoping some windows services that you dont use, like printer spooler or windows updates if you dont use updates, those services use alot of memory ram, and keep your drivers updated.

Mit CE nicht, auch nicht mit olly, etc.
Das geht tief in die D3D-Materie, und massig in die Ressourcen.

no my vedio card is 256 i wont to boost my vedio card if you know how to speed up vedio card i will give you big thx

i have buyed in longtime ago a nvidia 9500 gt its good and very cheap its 32 euro now so like me you can play the game in full resolution and max quality

Doesnt matter how much memory your video card has, is more of its speed, core speed and memory speed of your video card, of course the amount of memory is important but in this game is not really much of a deal, 256 is good, now, if your card is nvidia, you can install the newer drivers for nvidia, and install the nvidia performance packs, those will give you some tools on the nvidia control panel to increase performance, a good program to use too is rivatuner, it increases your video card's performance very well but, its highly risky to do so, I still sugest that you clean you System first, then test, before going OC, and this all depends on your video card brand mark, if its nvidia or ATI, or intel, if its an intel, well sorry but your gonna have 0 chances to do anything, if its nvidia you can increase its performance, but increasing too much will burn it, if its an ATI I dont really now much about it, but the catalist drivers have some options to increase performance, not really like nvidia but they can do much the same, so before doing such increament on the video card, I sugest cleaning your System first, then choosing the lowest settings on the video cards control panel (nvidia control panel or Ati Catalist control panel, also intel video control panel), and test if it gets better, if not well just try and search google how to increase performance, you will get tons of options, but many are very risky, do it at your own responsibility.
