.... I NEED HELP ....

I traded my account with some one , yesterday i traded it back i got a perm block .. even in this day i didnt use any hack on it ... some ppl told me that he can give u a ban cuz he know ur Id or he may used a stupid hack on it ... I know i cant back my account cuz perm block is not be forgiven .. Now i want to revenge can some one tell me how to give him a ban too? ... I know his Id too..
