x7 SP issues

Ok so I put my SP to be 300 in the 8[] file. The problem is the bar is barely fill up and never go past like 1/3. Is there a way to fix that please?

Thanks for the answer! They're all at 0 already, it does keep up even tho the SP bar isn't full in games like DM or chaser, but it won't let me do jumps in TD.
