[Question] Cheat Engine

I've done some research about item managers. I've realized cheat engine id changes have been patched. So i wondered, is there a way to switch IDs currently?
I plan on making a hack, of which you use pictures to change the item. ANY HELP?

u can do it with ASM just learn a bit of reverse and u will get the addy itsnt deep reverse though

I plan on making it easier for average people to understand. Plus, its tiring going to the list of IDs, going back, BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Example:
If yo want a counter Sword to be changed into a crow sword, you simply click the counter sword icon in the before column, and you put the counter sword crow into the after column.

this will make u need coding skills
and if u know coding and reverse skills its easy though but i cant help u in coding thingy im nub at c++ ;o
