i have change my pc from win xp 32
to win 7 64 bit
and i have download Visual Studio 2012
and i have Se!man Bypass
and i can open all hack's xD
but there's no one wanna work at game why

i have try

They all work on Windows 7 x64, I know that for a fact seeing as I have the same Windows.
You're most likely doing something wrong. If you go through the -Cesc- Trainer thread (around pages 30 - last page) you'll find 2 videos posted by me as a full length tutorial to get it properly working.
