help i've got some problems

hello, i have 2 problems with s4 league,
first is that whenever i close the game / an error message pops up the game closes and after that my computer freezes althought animated icons are still moving (like the internet connection one) but it just i can't press anything so i have to shut it down from the button .

second is sometimes the game laggs i mean for example i killed someone it get's me that i gained 2 points after 30 sec. or something sometimes i just restart, works good for a while, and then get to the first thing again...

i have windows vista and directX 10 installed have 2gig ram and using direct internet connection and tried run as administrator

i tried sending a ticket i've waited about 2-3 weeks and no answer, looks like they don't know the answer...!

nope still, anyway someone replied my for the ticket i submitted he told me it might be the problem third party softwares actully i don't know anything about that so could anybody explain?

are u use hacks or bots and so on?

i dont know whats the problem but if only the game is freeze press Crtl+Alt+Supr and finish the process ''S4 League''

write your computer details here in ( gpu, cpu ram and so on)
