EDIT:
After a bit more research, I was able to pretend I knew German and learned how to get what I needed. Thanks to the lovely person who posted a guide for her/his hacks.
and
1st : Put 'x7 Loader' into 'S4 League' Folder
2nd : Run 'x7 Loader' as 'ADMIN'
3rd : Run 'S4Client.exe' as 'ADMIN'
4th : Click 'Start' the game and wait until some popup appear
5th : Click 'Export' to extract x7 file into your 'S4 Folder'
6th : Wait until the 'Login Screen' then 'Exit' the game
7th : Open your 'S4 Folder' and find 'x7' folder inside
8th : Choose your x7 file/hack and rename it and put ' [] '
*Example : 8[].zyan (You can load as many you want and please to not load all. It may make your S4 easy crash or detect)
*Recommended file : 8[].zyan and 25[].zyan for basic hack *Please edit the hack first before you use it*
9th : Open back 'x7 Loader' and 'S4Client.exe' as 'Admin'. Then 'Start' the game
10th : Wait until the popup and click 'Import' to load your hack
11th : Press 'OK' until the 'Login Screen'. Then login like normally
Thus, I now get it and am successfully able to hack it now :3
