1) Maybe your Internet connection is low, or it's because the Server are hosted in Korea.

2) Could be possible but not here in elitepvpers.

3) S4 Korea has the latest patches because it's the "main" S4League. But if you're from Europe i would prefer to play S4League-EU.

4) S4League from Thailand, it's not that cool it don't have that much things like EU S4 or Korea.
