problem with +30% exp

i made +1% weapons in market +30% exp and i bought 3 of them ad i am using them every match and my rookie picture says i am lvl 12 but when i open my detales it tells me that i am lvl 4 o.o same with my pen i take like 3000 pen/30 min match and i get that i am + 1000 pe only or some more is this way for fun what?
