Cheat Engine detected (help needed)

So i start the bypass and everything looks good
i start s4 league and on the black window from the bypass it says injected and DONE

But i never see the BYPASSED window.
Once i try to open CE xtrap detects it, what am i doing wrong?

yes i run it as Admin but i dont know what the problem is.

After the first injection, try it again at the login screen a few times.
And then start CE.

I just did and it says Open process Failed, the first time says Injecting then DONE but i still dont see the BYPASS little window and CE gets detected again.
