Ok, today my best friend got perm gifts not forcepacks from some player like 3 times and somehow that player have hacked gifting system in s4.
Anyone have any clue who it might be? Or if it is even true?

They are normal Weapons with normal stats but they are perm and you can choose the color.

He can give you the Items with every stat. I dont know if he can do the speed +3% too but you can choose the color so you can get ap items.
