ID Manager

Hello i'm looking for a working ID MANAGER that can run on Windows XP. Also if there are any tutorials that go with it i'd like the links for them too since I'm new to this I also saw the ID CHANGER (thingymabob) which allows you to wear items that you don't own. I did download one but it doesn't work for XP, wondering if anyone knows of a working one of those too? And last question, with the id changer if you change all your clothes can the people in the game see the clothes that you do? Or do they see default clothes?
