HGWC.exe process error! PLEASE HELP!!

Hi there!
After 3 minutes after logging, a window appeares and it says: "HGWC.exe process, which is necessary to run the game, has been closed.Please start the game after rebooting your PC".
I've turn off my firewall,changed my client , deleted hgwc and xtrap folder, reinstalled my windows so many times and nothing happens, the error is still there! I've send a ticket to alaplaya and they said that they can't help me! I also terminate my 3rd party processes..

OMG READ THE TEXT FIRST!
I REBOOTED MY PC SO MANY TIMES AND THE ERROR DIDN'T DISSAPEAR!!

Reinstall S4 don't install every freak programm.

And don't use the Capslock.

its the new patch, chill, happens sumtimes but idk why u cant log back in? happens to me and i just start s4 back up o.o
