problem in the new patch

hi,when i update the game i got a message"failed to copy file needed for patch" why???

Edit:Plz guys can anyone give me a download link for this file from ur s4 folder

put a download link for ur s4 league folder
OR
put the file of the new patch

Copy the Files from the Backup folder into your S4 folder, then delte the backup folder and try again.
