Cannot make patch file

Help i was downloading S4league Patch and i cannot enter the game coz of a problem , i dont have a bypass too and other hacks i deleted them
Help pls
The Error is [Cannot Download Patch File]

Du hast anscheinend eine DLL Datei gelöscht.

Bei mir ist auch ein fehler, wenn ich S4 starte patcht es erstmal, dann hängt sie bei HGWC.exe und dann kommt eine meldung [ Failed to copy file needed for patch. ]?

Ich habe schon alles gelöscht und wieder neu geladen und darauf kommt die meldung wieder.

You can

-Check connection

-Turn off antivirus/firewall

-Reinstall S4
