ID Problem

One of my friends forgot his ID on the S4 League. It's not the same with his nickname. What should he do?

make a new account and send a ticket at the alaplaya support
with:
ingame from old acc
screens from old acc

he has forgot email from acc ?
press under the login field
"forgot password"

No not email. He forgot his ID. You know when you open the S4 League and it asks you for Id and password.

He should reset his Password and if he looks in his E-Mail, the ID is on the top.

Maybe he wrote down this things anywhere? I always write down important things for not forgetting em. Is very useful

When not, can't change it, you could try to contact the Support from Alaplaya from your account but I don't think this will work, but when u don't try it you won't find out if they would believe you.
