The Rate looks Ugly but i thing u mean your acc get Forever Banned when u Hack O: ?
When Ppl Report u for Hack then can u get a Bann forever yes O:
But Create Just a new account and anything all right~

Anyway u mean IP Bann Then yes They can but i Have no really see 1 Hacker there get IP Bann ;D

Dont worry we all Know Alaplaya is to Lazy make IP Bann when
The Hacker dont hack everytime and get anytime Report
when u hack just 4 Fun sometimes all be okay :3

right now, i don't think ppl will even bother to report hackers cause' they are in almost every room D: next time use bypass o;
