[Support]d3d9.dll is missing

Soo guys when i use old S4client.exe i getting this error ... any ideas on what can i do ( i have updated DirectX 9 ))

It was my first idea to do that xD

Well now i know how to launch the game xDD i need to have opened browser xDDDDD
Any other way it wants d3d9.dll ( and yeah it is in the system32 folder... i mean it was there before xD ))
