[Question]About IP block

Is there any program or guide on how to play s4 league even though your country IP is blocked??

Im from Asia anyway...

Hope It can be...

I really want to play....

Not especially for S4 League on elitepvpers.

But try it with proxy Programs such as ProcyCap/Proxyfier/Proxy Firewall or a VPN.
Search for tuts on google.

you need to use a proxy. this way you avoid getting ip blocked.
search on google for proxys. but if you use them, they may cause you laggs.

ohh... thnx... if it is so lag... ill transfer to S4 korea... but sad to say, i cant understand their writings...

go to pmang.com. the official s4 site.
then use the public account
elitepvp1
qwert123
login and press the green start button.
when you downloaded the game. install it and run it. patch it to the latest version and have fun. btw you need internet explorer

do i have to install a new client???

hahah im from philipines and our country IP address is block but i already register last 2009 i think that time we dont have ip block but now i cant create a new character caz we got block atm and i have a friend i ask him y he have soo many account in s4 league and he's making new account every day =.= he's not using any 3rd party prog or something haha =D soo if i nid a new account i just go to there house and make my new account on his pc =D
