In Korean S4 it is possible I think

But in our S4 its not possible and I dont know why but it would be cool ;D Maybe Failaplaya do it in Year XXXX

No, it´s not (even) possible there.

It isnt and it wont be possible because you could just make new accs constantly and for example having all perma stuff from I caps and event caps on one acc at level for example 2. Get it?

only level 22(+/-) can use the system
