ich denke das tool startet nur den hack für dich damit er nicht vom explorer gestartet angezeigt wird (vermute ich) also das snipe tool ist damit ud ! und renamed vll auch noch^^

It does. Pretty explicit obfuscated but that's indeed what it does - nothing more.
It does not even copy the file, it just renames it so you can tell it is probably only usable one time.
But there is no special trick behind it, as far as I can see.

However, #closed because of advertising forum (kind of similar to e*pvp) with no backlink and hosted on a freehoster.
