How to use:

Win7, vista, run as administrator.
1, In the process put the name of the process, no need to. Exe, years that is another extent.
2, put the address, the first 00 do not have to put them
Example:

3, Select the type.(Bytes, 2 Bytes, 4 Bytes, 8 Bytes, Float, text)
4, Set the value for a change in the address.

The more reasonable question is either this is working and undetected on 32bit OS, since it's more complicated to create a dll every time you want to change a value ingame.

Well, nice idea anyway, since there are no known injectable search engines afaik. I guess you're not the first having this idea and I also couldn't test it, but it seems to be an alternativ way for 86x, since they cannot suspend S4 while it is running.
