Yeah, use Send("{CTRLDOWN}") or _SendMessage(WinGetHandle("S4 Client"), $WM_KEYDOWN, 0x11, 0x00000000) (not tested) to send a ctrl-message to S4.
By the way this release is pretty useless, try to extend a farmer which can also press "Start", "Join Room" or stuff like that.
