haha, also ich kam auf was cooles drauf =)

also ich verwende nur den IM, starte S4, geh mit meinem Main on und bekomm sofort hacking trial.
ich versuche es noch einmal mit einem anderen Acc, kein hacking trial aber nach einem TD ein string error (ich hab restore gedrückt vorm start)

also entweder liegts am IM oder am HGWC das es der schon auf meinen Main abgesehen hat xD

Please show us the error code which you can get from the ItemManager installer

Other Alternative.....
Try to re-install the ItemManager and this time a different version of it ,
ex: if you're using the Auto Restore version , try Install the Manual version [remember to uninstall the previous version first]

The latest version (auto restoring/manual) equips the profile when you join a room, NOT BEFORE.
So do not think it doesn't work, when you don't see the Items in the lobby.
