It's not on ignorance -
It's based on - s in I loaded the game with the hack, and loaded my profile, and nothing happens.

Ever heard of bugged profiles?
Go to your S4L folder, delete S4IMConfig.txt, delete the IM.
Restart you computer.
Redownload IM vr R9n. Remake your profiles...
And the way you're talking it seems like you haven't played for 2~3weeks. Next time keep up. The patch was a while ago, the manager got a new version 1 day after.
Besides, if it didn't work you wouldn't even get to the lobby. The versions stop working mostly 'cause they get caught by the xtrap, not because they don't load profiles...

there is a new minor patch today, so i tried just to see... working only 1/2 times...
just wanna say it, to still get the best hack on the forum X)

Nein, weil alle Hacks vllt Virus haben ...
Aber die Viruse die in den meisten Hacks drin sind, sind nicht gefährlich für dein PC / Notebook.
Wenns bei dir nicht klappt mach dein AntiVir aus o_o

Mal ne Frage kenne mich mit son kram nicht aus & wills auch garnicht O_o
Was sucht der Hack im System Ordner? Oô
& die dumme Virusmeldung jedesmal beim starten des games kann man die nicht irgendwie ausschalten? nervt das er jedesmal ne neue exe im system ordner erstellt.

I'm playing with the IM now, i've got both todays patches, and still works with no detects. Oh, and I've got Win7.

also du könntest den sys. ordner in die ausnahme liste setzen (in deinem antivir) so lange du s4 spielst dann häckhen wieder weg wenn du kb mehr drauf hast 
dann funzt der IM wenn der ordner in der ausnahmeliste drin ist

I tried it again closing all the programs like i did before and deactivating the AV and even the firewall login in LiKe ThIs and i still got the error D:
So if any1 has any other idea please tell me.
I have win 7 ultimate x32 eset nod 32 v4 Outpost firewall pro and malwarebytes antimalaware. (wich i disable for the test of the hack)
Also why the hack copy itself into the system32 folder?
I've alrready tried the run as admin and the compatibility thing too.
I've reinstaled the s4 2 times and im not using any other hack with the items manager nor any other program.
