A while back I believe some people said that their perm items could not be frozen and I have that problem too: If i equip any perm items and save it, the profile will not save anything. However, there is a bug that happens to me in which i can save perm items.
It goes:
1. Equip perm items and fumbi/pen items
2. Save profile
3. Unequip pen/fumbi items
4. Double click saved profile
5. Unequip perm items
What happens is when you unequip the perm items, the perm items unload, but your character will still retain the equipment.
It is not without drawbacks, this glitch effectively does not let you switch to other profiles; I can click change characters, hit restore, or switch to another profile and i'll still have the unloaded items equipped. The only way to reset it is to "restore" and return to the server select screen or reload the game entirely. Sometimes, the profile will affect only one char or all 3, that occurs randomly for me. So this is a pretty much a bandage solution to people who still have perms they bought pre-patch 10. I don't have any weapon perms to test but at least this bug lets me freeze costume perms.
Otherwise, fumi/pen clothes and weapons works without problems. Hope it helps.\
