What exactly do you mean by saying premium things? Do you mean AP items? If that's what you mean, IM can't buy you anything 'Premium'

Uhmmm, Not appearing anything.... you could try to check if the process for IM is running in your Task Manager. Sometimes it appears as IM something.exe, or as iwugdbcnjcmks.exe, pex.

Do me a favor too, run your Antivirus. A full complete and trough scan please. You said you tested some hacks even though you don't use them. You might have caught a nasty bug or a evil Keylogger.
After this, do the usual stuff, delete IM, delete S4IMConfig.txt, (maybe a S4L uninstall/Reinstall?), restart your PC, Re-download IM and see if it works.
And do you have your Visual C++ updated?

I checked a couple of times before. Found nothing. I also restarted my computer a couple of times, deleted the IMConfig.txt redl IM but still didn't work. I'm doing a full system scan now, tho I doubt I might have a virus or keylogger but its possible. Haven't tried reinstalling S4League because I didn't think it could cause my IM not to work. And I'm not sure if I have my Visual C++ updated. Mind giving me a dl link so I can be sure? Sorry to bother you.
I'll post info again after I've completed my scan.

It's kinda hard to pinpoint some problems like this one.
In the old versions, XP users also had this problem, BUT a simple restart usually worked.
And S4L reinstalls worked for those whose IM didn't lock correctly with the game, and stuck at "Waiting for S4League..."... but we can always try, game files do accumulate errors and it's good to reinstall from time to time.

And OMG! I'm an idiot. I just realized I never installed the C++ Visual package before. I'm sorry guys for bothering you so much over something so simple as this Q.Q. Anyways I apreaciate your help alot. Thanks!

Steps:

1. Run Item Manager as Administrator; (Vista/7)
2. Start S4 League;
3. (Optional) Log In with ALL Caps or RaNdOm caps username; (Avoids DC)
4. (Optional) Change Language server if you crash in your 1st choice;
5. Enter your inventory, equip all the disired Clothes and Weapons (Usage-Timed, aka, Fumbi);
6. Click on the Item manager list, then on the field above and enter a profile name: pex.: Camp equips, TD.ATK..., then press SAVE;
7. Now UNEQUIP ALL, we want your chara as nekid as they were born to S4L;
8. IMPORTANT: Equip some Perm/noob weapons/clothes/skill to avoid detection by other players and GMs checking your equipments! (Necessary for versions R9p2 and R9r)
9. Double Click the profile you want;
10. Change Chara (]lvl5) or Go to Shop/Characters and onto lobby/inventory again ([lvl5);
11. Tada! Now your not using your clothes/weps, they're timmer is not running out when you join a game, and you get to keep they're PLUSes;
12. To Change Profile (or STOP using the item manager), simply press Restore, then to equip again follow step 8 and following again.
13. For New version R9p2, press Restore in the game room lobby before Starting the game. Fail to do so and you'll crash!
14. Version R9r Doesn't Need Restore. But you can't change profiles at half time.

Follow these steps carefully. (For R9p2)
1. Create a profile, (I hope you know to do this)
2. After un-equiping all your items, wear your training skill (hp+15) and training PS (Plasma Sword) and wear them at all time.
3. Go to lobby and activate a profile,
4. Join a game room,
5. After entering the game room, press 'Restore' on the IM,
6. Press 'Start' and play the game.

Remember, you have to do the steps 3 to 6 everytime you want to join a room, and always wear the training stuff.

Follow these steps carefully. (For R9r)

The R9r does the 5th step of the R9p2 guide for you so you don't have to click restore everytime you enter a game room.
On this version also, never remove the training stuffs.

That's what I said in the steps. Wear your training stuff (hp+15 and training PS) at all times, so that when you press 'Restore' in the lobby room it won't say that 'you have to wear at least one weapon and skill'
