Yes it is because some virus just <3 those locations to make a nest and infect your pc.
But IM replicated to those folders.
So if you have a resident shield, and even if you've excluded the IM/Hacks folder, when you start IM it will still be detected because it will run from one of those locations.
Anyway, making those folders invisible IS a Security Risk, if you're visiting/downloading shady websites/programs. I take no responsibility from your actions, I merely informed that since IM can, sometimes, start from those locations, and since it's detected as a virus, to make it run smoothly, those location can be excluded from your Antivirus/Firewall.

I create the profile blabla bla. I click on the profile..It works but when i join in a server and i press Start. It says i need a skill to start the game ._.

Estas a usar a versão R9r não é?
É assim, como agora é necessário um Restore antes de pressionares Start (o que a versão R9r faz automaticamente), tens de ter pelo menos uma arma e um skill equipados.
O que tens de fazer é: depois de teres o teu profile feito, teres restaurado e ficado com o chara nu, equipa os itens permanentes que ainda tiveres, tipo o Skill +15HP e a ps de treino. Clica no profile que queres usar (no Lobby principal), entra numa sala e Start. Assim já não te aparece esse erro.
Não te esqueças é k agora não podes mudar de profile a meio de um jogo, nem no lobby de uma sala, SÓ no Lobby principal. E assim que o equipares só podes entrar numa sala e começar o jogo, se fores para o inventório, pex, com um profile activo, fazes D/c.

x64 windows versions were always a bit buggy. We never found a solution for this.
You could try to update your drivers, update your Windows, etc... then restart your PC (again).
If nothing else works, re-install S4League.

Some how the page jumps to 20 more pages since yesturday Lol but seriously the Hack is still working and if you don't want to forget to restore try using the R9r which is auto-changes but only works one time per start of s4 league. I'mm guessing Nya is still make the something and had little time making the I.M

Isso é bug da Alafaila.
Tinhas acabado de fazer reset e apanhas-te o fumbi a seguir?
Se não, pode ter sido de outros hacks, ou mesmo outros programas, como o fraps, msn, alguns antivirus.

I think you need 3 or 4 consecutive "Hacking trial detected" to receive a temporary ban.

Wieso nicht? bei mir läufts.
Probier es nochmal vielleicht klappts dann.
Ich hoffe du nutzt die Train Weapon ( Subs oder PS, 15 hp+) Methode. =)
