Everyone relax, stop whining so much about it, just do as Nya already stated and if you don't understand English use a translator, yes it's as simple as that. Do not cry for like 10+ pages about it having errors. Learn how to play without IM or learn how to read to fix the issue.

the IM doesn't start, the message appear when i try to launch IM...

You must install:
this for 32 bit Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
and this for 64 bit Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)

i only got the problem with it not starting when i didn't have it on all antivir exception lists

I got windows 7, 32 bit version.

The item manager is in the exception list of Windows Firewall and in the exception list of my anitvir programm (eScan)

Edit: And yea I'm running it as Administrator...

nein hab ich nicht, und wenn du keine infos gibst....welches system...was läuft sonst noch, was machst ingame

did u try w/o firewall and eScan running?
maybe you forgot to put it somewhere in exception list, sometimes you need to put it on not only 1 list, but a few

as i stated, running with xp myself, can't test it on windows7
maybe someone else with 7 can help u
