Pen Weapons,
Skill (like sp mastery, hp mastery etc and so on..)
And if you want to know why you can't freeze AP items, its because they will expire within a given amount of time even if you don't use them (like 1day, 7days, 30days) . But the things i mentioned above do not expire in such way. You have to use them until their timer runs out and they expire (like 5hours, 15hours, 30hours or whatever..)
So now you know the reason why you cant freeze ap items..
I'm not gonna guide you on how to use the manager, cause there is already a video on the 1st page showing how to use it....

WTF ok big problem... i log in when i go to the lobby the game says "hacking trial individuated (or something like that) you'll be disconnected"
