The Trainercreators are responsible for this.
The Leecher can´t make the Gamehacking trainers by themselves and if someone releases Trainer without limits no one will use them just to reach AP stats. Maybe it´s because many leechers are very young and don´t know what they are doing^^

Maybe if the forum mods deleted the trainers that someone releases on the site without limits. And instead of using a password for the trainer, that can be found out by certain means, just make a separate trainer for the Underground members or whatnot. With a little effort, it wouldn't be really difficult I don't think.
