Cheat Engine is a tool to edit addresses. But you need first a bypass for the anti cheat system, because the anti cheat system detect Cheat Engine. A bypass is a method to avoid anything(You should know it from RL as example eletctric).

No one has the time to explain you how Cheat Engine works.
