How to Create a Iteam Creator fpr S4 League

I Guys so how about we share our knowing about programming and create a Iteam Creator together for s4 League:

Yeah i am alittly skilled in C++

But i have never wroten anything for s4 League.

Thats why it will be better if more of us Programmer Work on this.

I would like to bring out a free Iteam Creator and i would be updating it and take my time for it, because i know alot of people in s4 need perm terms
