Yes, I checked evey tab, and there's no Project S4Client.exe.
I tried with the system processes too.

What does he mean by "drop the item" does it mean accept them in the rewards screen of the daily mission?

It literally means getting the rewards without '' completing the mission''. Not that hard to understand.
Just try to accept the fact that the structure of the mission rewards have got some steps ( or smth like that ) :
1. pressing the '' recieve '' button
2. getting ( or dropping ) the items
3. fully completing the mission, so you won't be able to press on '' recieve '' for the rest of the day.
This method kinda freezes the third stage, which means you can spam it everytime you log in.
