MSVCP140.dll is not in the computer sistem error .

I don't know what exactly you mean but the .AP file start like this :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<HS4L>
and it ends with
</HS4L> so yeah, you need those things for the itc to work ,if im not wrong.

Try and download the dll ,then put it , in System32 ,if u have win 32bit.
If you have x64, i think that you need to put that dll in both System32 and SysWOW64.

When you are at the screen that makes you choose a servere, instead of pressing one of them, just press join now , it works for me ,sometimes.
