Don't work for me ! Is the problem specific to install the game in [Local Disk(C)] or not condition ! coz the game not in [Local Disk(C)] It is in [Local Disk(D)] and not install.

ur windows must have Service pack1(SP1) to install c++ 2015

i have installed C++ 2015 , But when i open the game i got this massage and the itc don't work .

Not working for me. System: Windows 8 Enterprise N.
It doesn't matter if I start using Bypass or not, everytime the same. Running with S4Client.exe (normal version and downloaded version in this thread both same) getting following error when i want to start the client:
Anyways.. if I start using patcher_s4.exe i can run s4 league normal, join server room etc. but without itc, it stays at "Waiting for S4 League".

Ok... for everybody with the same problem as my last comment... Just try sometimes. Even if I was trying for about 1hour now, starting itc, starting bypass, starting patcher_s4.exe is not always giving error. Only most times but now i'm logged in and it's working
